Valve Spring Retainer

In cooperation with an automobile manufacturer, we were able to take this part, which usually requires a 7-step cold forging and cutting process to manufacture, and produce it using presses with a new process that combines cold forging and plate forming techniques.

Valve Rocker Arm

This part is made by first press forming and then heat treatment. We developed new press forming techniques to keep variation in product quality to an absolute minimum during the heat treatment phase.

This assembled part, used to control the throttle and clutch in general machinery, comes in hundreds of different variations.
